1. Who is ALIVE Group?
ALIVE Group is a homegrown Malaysia company which promotes organic products.

2. What does ALIVE Group sells?
ALIVE Group sells organic products such as organic skin care, organic foods, slimming products, organic perfume, organic hair dye and fresh mineral cosmetic. Besides that, ALIVE do have services such as Energy Chakra Healing Treatment, Lymphatic Detox, Fasting programs. You may refer here for more information about our products and services.

3. How do I know ALIVE products are “Certified Organic”?

All products from ALIVE has the certified organic logo at each product label and we are one of the member of these certified organic association.

 

 

PRODUCTS INFORMATION

1. What brands does ALIVE manufactures?

ALIVE brands include Alive organic, Nutrigracia, Helan, Fresh Minerals & Aroma Woman. Kindly visit our online shop and you will find there are more than 300 products to view including skin care, groceries & grooming.

 

2. I have skin problem but I am not sure which product to use and will it harm my sensitive skin?

ALIVE Group ensures that we offered excellence services to our customers. If you are worried with you sensitive skin or not sure which product to be used to your sensitive skin, you may call our care line at 03-21456339 and our consultant/nutritionist will assist you.

 

3. Does ALIVE do any consultation, how much it will cost for the consultation?

If you are interested in skin, health consultation, kindly make an appointment with Teacher Teh Lilin for consultation. If you have purchased any products from ALIVE, the consultation fee will be FREE, but if you just want to have the consultation with our teacher, the consultation fee will be RM80+/-.

 

4. I want to return my purchase. How do I do it?
Any claims of incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 5 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount and the same form as the original payment type. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. You will not be required for the extra shipping charges for incorrect item/s being shipped.
