Organic Recipe

 

Ingredients:

• 1 packet of Wonder Slim Soup

• Nutrigracia Organic Dried Ginger (20g)

• Nutrigracia Organic Red Dates (5 pieces)

• Nutrigracia Organic Molasses (to taste)

• Nutrigracia Organic Black Soybean (30g)

• Nutrigracia Organic Lotus Seed (30g)

• 1 Chinese White Pear (de-skinned)

 Preparations:

1) Pre-soak one packet of adzuki beans and pearl barley overnight in water. 

2) Add dried longan into 1000ml of water with the adzuki beans and pearl barley.

3) Bring to boil for 10 minutes, and simmer at low temperature for 1 hour

(for un-soaked adzuki beans and pearled barley, the cooking time may be increased to 2 hours). 

4) Add organic raw brown sugar/organic molasses if desired.

 

Ingredients:

• 1 packet of Prosperity Premium Tea

 Preparations:

1) Add 1 packet of prosperity premium tea to a pot of hot water. 

2) Discard the first pour of the hot water and add 500ml of boiling water. 

3) Allow the herbs to steep for about 10 minutes, strain the herbs and serve.

 

 

Ingredients:

• Soft tofu - one block, cut into 1’ cubes

• Nutrigracia Energized Organic Chili

• Fermented Black Bean Paste - 3 tbsp

• Nutrigracia Organic Dried Ginger - 3 slices

• Crushed or ground Nutrigracia Organic

• SzeChuan Pepper - 1 tsp

• Nutrigracia Organic Black Peppercorn (ground) - ¼ tsp

• Minced Garlic - 2 cloves

• Nutrigracia Energized Organic Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp

• Nutrigracia Organic Palm Sugar - ½ tsp

• Nutrigracia Organic Sunflower Oil - 1 tbsp

• Organic spring onion (chopped) - 1 stalk

 Preparations:

1) Heat one tablespoon of organic sunflower oil in a wok over medium heat and sauté the

ginger slice and ground Szechuan peppercorns for about a minute.

2) Add minced garlic, fermented chili black bean paste, soy sauce, black peppercorns and

palm sugar and cook the entire ingredients for another one or two minutes.

3) Add 50ml of purified water and soft tofu and season with Nutrigracia Energized ‘Relish’

Seasoning Power if desired.

4) Turn off the heat and garnish with spring onion and ready to serve.

 Preperation :

1) Rinse organic mix grain rice and organic black rice and soak  them for about 2 hours.

2) Add 1 cup of water and cook the organic mix grain rice and organic black rice in a rice

cooker until they are soft and fluffy.

3) Transfer the cooked rice into an empthy bowl and mix fruits and nuts, organic black raisins,

organic medlar and organic grape seed oil and toss in all ingredients, Form the rice into a ball

or any of your desire shape while the rice is still hot.

4) Dip the rice balls into organic treasure powder and it is ready to serve.

Preparations:

1) Rinse Nutrigracia Organic Black Rice and Nutrigracia Organic Bran Germ Rice twice.

2) Pre-soak the rice for 45 minutes before cooking.

3) Let the rice to cool down once it is cooked.

4) Heat up cooking oil in a medium saucepan and sauté the garlic and onion until soften and

golden brown. Add in eggs and cook, stirring until they are lightly scrambled.

5) Add ingredients C and stir-fried for 20 seconds or until fragrant.

6) Add in rice and continuously stirring and tossing for about 2 minutes.

7) Season with Nutrigracia Energized ‘Relish’ Seasoning Powder, Nutrigracia Organic Palm Sugar

and Nutrigracia Energized Organic Soy Sauce to taste.

8) Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.

Preparations:

1) Rinse Nutrigracia Organic Mixgrain Rice twice and pour 450ml of water and soak the rice for

at least ½ hour before cooking.

2) Once the rice is cooked, let it sits for 5 minutes.

3) Add the pre-mix ingredients of C and toss the rice with a scooper. Let the rice to cool down to

room temperature.

4) Place a piece of clean white plastic paper on the sushi bamboo mat.

5) Spread an even layer (~5mm thick) of rice on top of the plastic paper.

6) Place one piece of lettuce, sliced cucumber, carrot, red cabbage, avocado and Nutrigracia

Organic Black Raisin on the rice layer, leaving 1 inch uncovered along the top edge.

7) Run a line of Nutrigracia Organic Plum Sauce along the ingredients.

8) With the plastic paper lined up with the bamboo mat, hold the ingredients in place with your

finger and begin to roll it up firmly but not squeezing the ingredients out of the ends of the roll.

9) Remove the plastic paper from the rice roll.

10) Mix organic treasure powder and pumpkin seeds in a plate. Coat the rice roll in the mixture.

11) Place the roll on the cutting board and slice the roll into 8-10 small pieces with a sharp knife.

12) Serve on a plate with Nutrigracia Energized Organic Soy Sauce.

Preparations:

1) Rinse organic millet, proso millet and bran germ rice and soak for 30 minutes.

2) Rinse organic maitake and black fungus and soak separately in two bowls for 30 minutes.

3) Cut organic maitake and organic black fungus into small pieces and set aside.

4) Heat up sesame oil in a medium sized saucepan and add ingredients B and stir-fry over a

gentle heat until fragrant.

5) Add ingredients A into the saucepan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

6) Add ingredients C to the saucepan and bring the water to a boil.

7) Turn heat off and transfer the mixture into rice cooker and cook.

8) Garnish with Nutrigracia Organic Medlar once the Risotto is cooked.

9) Serve hot.

Preparations:

1) Add in Nutrigracia Organic Buckwheat Noodles into the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes

or until the noodles are cooked.

2) Rinse and strain the cooked noodles in cold water and place the noodles in a soup bowl.

3) Heat up oil in a stock pot and sauté ingredients (A).

4) Add in water and ingredients (B) into the stock pot and bring it to boil.

5) Turndown to medium heat and simmer for about 45-60 minutes.

6) Pour all ingredients (A & B) except soybean into a blender and blend. Discard the soybean.

7) Add the mixture into the stock pot and cook at low heat for 5 minutes.

8) Add Nutrigracia Energized ‘Relish’ Seasoning Powder and Nutrigracia Organic Palm Sugar

to taste before turning off the heat.

9) Pour the soup over the cooked noodles.

10) Garnish with ingredients (C) and the noodles are ready to be served.

• Nutrigracia Sunset Ridge Tomato & Garlic Pasta Sauce - 150g

• Nutrigracia Sunset Ridge Hot Chili Paste -  ½ tsp (Optional)

• Purified water - 100ml

C) Seasoning

• Nutrigracia Energized ‘Relish’ Seasoning Powder  - to taste

• Nutrigracia Organic Palm Sugar - 20g

• Nutrigracia Organic Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp

D) Garnish

• Parmesan Cheese - 2 tbsp (optional)

 Preparations:

1) Boil water in a large pot. Put ingredient A into the water and cook for 5 minutes or until the

noodles are cooked.

2) Rinse and strain the cooked noodles in cold water and place the noodles in a soup bowl.

3) Heat up oil in a medium saucepan and sauté the capsicums and tomato for 1 minute. Transfer

the capsicums and tomato in a bowl and set aside.

4) In the same saucepan, add some oil and sauté the garlic and onion over medium heat for 1 minute.

5) Add Nutrigracia SunsetRidge Tomato and Garlic Pasta Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Hot Chili Paste

and water.

6) Simmer for 10 minutes.

7) Stir in ingredients in step (3) and simmer for another 5 minutes.

8) Season with ingredients C.

9) Pour the sauce over the cooked noodles and garnish with grated cheese and chopped parsley.

 

Ingredients:  

• Nutrigracia Organic Black Bean (Rinse once and soak in water for 2-3 hours) - 100g

• Nutrigracia Energized Organic Soy Sauce - 4 tbsp

• Nutrigracia Organic Palm Sugar - 1 tsp

• Ginger - 1 tsp (chopped)

Preparations:

1) Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger, onion, cinnamon, Szechuan pepper and star anise

until fragrant.

2) Add black bean into the saucepan and stir-fry for 1 minute.

3) Add Nutrigracia Energized Organic Soy Sauce and Nutrigracia Organic Palm Sugar and

continue stirring for 30 seconds.

4) Add 250ml of hot water and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.

 Preperation :

1) To prepare the sauce, combine the organic sesame oil, organic soy sauce, organic G

powder and organic fine cane sugar in an empthy bowl and set aside.

2) Add noodles into a pot of boiling water and cook for 3 minuets. Drain off excess water and

toss in the noodles with the sauce (as prepared at step 1) and organic pine nut powder and

organic sesame powder.

3) Garnish with the shredded organic cucumber and roasted organic pine nut and black sesame

and ready for serve.

Preperation :

1) Place the organic lettuce and shredded purple cabbage into an empthy noodle bowl and

set aside.

2) Add the cherry tomatoes and organic carrot into boiling water and cook for 3 minuets.

3) Add organic broccoli, organic grape seed oil, wakame/ kombu and Nutrigracia organic

 noodles (rinse with purified water before added into the soup) and cook for another 3 minutes.

Season to taste with organic miso and France sea salt and turn the heat off.

4) Pour the noodle into noodle bowl (as prepared at step 1), sprinkle with roasted organic

sesame and ready for serve.

• Nutrigracia Organic Shiitake Mushroom 16g

• Organic radish (cut into cubes) 1 medium size

• Garlic 1 tsp

Preparations:

1) Add Nutrigracia Organic Somen Noodles into the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes or

until they are soften.

2) Rinse the cooked noodles under cold running water. Then set aside.

3) In a heated wok, sauté garlic until fragrant.

4) Add Nutrigracia Energized Organic Chili Fermented Black Bean Paste and Nutrigracia

Organic Palm Sugar.

5) Add radish and shiitake mushroom and stir fry for one minute.

6) Add in water and simmer for about 15 minutes or until they are soft and tender.

7) Pour the cooked somen noodles into the sauce. The dish is ready to be served. 

 

  Ingredients:

• Nutrigracia Organic Buckwheat Noodles 120g

• Nutrigracia Organic Sesame Dressing 2 tbsp

• Nutrigracia Energized Organic Soy Sauce 2 tsp

• Nutrigracia Organic Palm Sugar 2 tsp

• Nutrigracia Organic Black Sesame 2 tsp (toasted)

• Lime 1-2 (whole)

Preparations:

1) Mix the sesame dressing, soy sauce and palm sugar in a bowl and stir well.

2) Add lime based on your preference.

3) Boil the buckwheat noodles for 3-5 minutes. After it is cooked, drain the excess water and

rinse the noodles with cold water (add ice if you want to have colder noodles).

4) Strain the noodles and mix them with the sesame dressing. Sprinkle the black sesame

(optional) on top and serve warm/cold.

Preparations:

1) Soak sufficient amount of the vermicelli in purified water for about 5 minutes.

2) Rinse organic shiitake mushroom and soak for 5 minutes.

3) Rinse dong quai slice, red dates and medlar with purified water and set aside.

4) Add 800ml of water in a pot and boil it. Add shiitake mushroom, dong quai slice and

red dates into the pot and boil for 10 minutes.

5) Add in organic medlar, Pak Choy and vermicelli and boil for another 3 minutes.

6) Turn off the heat and season with seasoning powder and soy sauce.

7) Ready to serve hot.

  Ingredients:

A) Mushroom Sauce

• Ginger 10 gm   

• Lemon Grass 5 gm

Preparations:

1) Boil water in a large pot. Put Nutrigracia Organic Green Tea Buckwheat Noodles into the

boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the noodles are cooked.

2) Rinse and strain the cooked noodles in cold water and place the noodles in a soup bowl.

3) Heat up the oil in a medium sized saucepan, add some chopped ginger and lemon grass

and fry over a gentle heat until the ginger and lemon grass are soft and fragrant.

4) Add the organic soy sauce, shiitake mushroom, maitake and black fungus to the medium

sized saucepan, cook for a few more minutes.

5) Pour in the water (1000ml) and bring the mixture to the boil 30 minutes.

6) Take 1/3 of the mushroom sauce and fine blend, and transfer back to the saucepan.

7) Bring the sauce to a boil and cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

8) Season with Nutrigracia Energized ‘Relish’ Seasoning Powder to taste.

9) Mix well and serve with noodles immediately.

  Ingredients:

• Organic Chinese cabbage (chopped) 200g

• Organic ginger (sliced) 30g

• Organic lemongrass (chopped) 1 stick

• Purified water 1300ml

C)       

• Organic Lettuce (julienned) 80g

• Organic Tomato (remove flesh; and thin sliced) 2 nos

D)

• Nutrigracia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp

• Nutrigracia Energized ‘Relish’ Seasoning Powder 6 tsp

Preparations:

1) Add Nutrigracia Organic Mix Grain Rice Mee Suah into a pot of boiling water and cook for

5 minutes or until the mee suah is cooked.

2) Rinse and strain the cooked mee suah in cold water and place the mee suah in a soup bowl

and toss in a tablespoon of Nutrigracia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

3) Blend the soaked organic soybean in 1300ml of water in a blender for 10 minutes. Filter the

soymilk with a filter cloth.

4) Heat the soymilk till boiling point. Add ingredients B and tomato flesh in the soymilk and

continue to simmer for 15-20 minutes.

5) Turn heat off and season with Nutrigracia Energized ‘Relish’ Seasoning Powder.

6) Serve hot immediately.

3) Cook with the burdock root, Chinese yam and red dates for 30 minutes with lid covered

using medium heat.

4) Add in the medlar and boil for another 10 minutes.

5) Turn off the heat and season with seasoning powder and palm sugar.

6) Ready to serve hot.

covered using medium heat.

4) Add in the medlar and boil for another 10 minutes.

5) Turn off the heat and season with seasoning powder.

1) Mix ingredients A until well blended. Knead to form a dough.

2) Then, divide the dough into 55g each and mould it round.

3) Brush the dough with water. Coat it with black and white sesame.

4) Then, put the dough into a plate and steam for about 30 - 35 minutes.

5) Cut into desired size once the cake is cold and serve.

Preperation :

1) Preheat oven to 375°C.

2) In a large mixing bowl, combine the organic molasses sugar, organic cane sugar,

vegetable/olive spread, and egg and beat until light and fluffy. Add the Nutrigracia Organic

Multipurpose Flour, baking powder, and sea slat and mix until all ingredients incorporate well

into a soft dough. Sprinkle in Nutrigracia Organic Cashews and mix well. Scoop the batter,

approximately 1 1/2 teaspoons in size into each baking cup.

3) Bake for approximately 9 minutes  or just until cookies are golden brown.

4) Cool completely on a wirerack before storing in an air tight container.

 Ingredients :
• 3 Ripe Organic Bananas (Mashed)

• Organic Cane Sugar (1 cup)

• 2 Large Eggs

• Vegetable Oil/Grape Seed Oil (1/2 cup)

• Nutrigracia Organic Multipurpose Flour (2 cups)

• Baking Powder (2 teaspoon)

Preperation :

1) Preheat oven to 350°C. Grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan.

2) In a large bowl combine organic cane sugar, vegetable or grape seed oil, eggs and mashed 

bananas. Mix well all the ingredients.

3) Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. The batter will become thick.

4) Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into

the center of the bread loaf comes out clean.

5) Remove pan from the oven and let it cools down for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.

Preparations:

1) Add ingredients A in a bowl and mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
